Our business starts with a family owned farm that has been supplying beef to Americans for over a century. We want to change the way meat is produced and offered to the public. Our primary focus is on quality genetics and herd control. This allows us to produce high quality American Wagyu but only in short offerings twice a year. We combined tradition and innovation in the way we manage the farm and our beef production.
Our mission and ethos
​Our mission is to provide real farm to plate access for American Wagyu lovers, restaurant owners and the everyday consumer. We focus only on producing prime cuts by controlling the size of our herds and the feed they consume. We removed the high-cost middle entities, removed grocery store preservatives and are giving back transparency to the consumers.​​​

Major big box grocery stores often sell you produce, meat and other food from large food manufactures that pump their meat and produce with unhealth preservatives. This helps with presentation and shelf life.​​​​​
